Important Cancellation Deadlines:

FULL REFUND
Cancel before November 1, 2026

Receive a complete refund of all exhibit fees.

PARTIAL REFUND
Cancel November 1 - December 31, 2026

Receive refund of balance less a $250 cancellation fee.

NO REFUND
Cancel after December 31, 2026

No refund will be provided for cancellations after this date.
